We always provide a period of free help and support to all clients for any issues that might arise from using any of our services or who may have issues with the functionality of their websites, shopping carts or content Management Systems etc we have developed.
Free support is provide on all issues regarding our email and hosting services and a FAQ is currently under development to cover the most common problems and issues clients experience when operating a website.
NON-CLIENT ISSUES.
Unfortunately we can only provide support for our own clients; if you have an issue with any websites we have developed and are not a client of ours please contact the owner of the site directly. We cannot forward email or any other correspondence to our clients or provide any contact details other than that already published on their website.
